‘Love is All Around’ The 2^nd Hong Kong Chinese & English Essay-Writing Competition, organised by the Hong Kong Federation of Journalists, sponsored by Lu and Marisa Charitable Foundation, supported by Education Bureau and Home Affairs Bureau, the Government of the HKSAR, Department of Publicity, Culture and Sports Affairs and Department of Educational, Scientific and Technological Affairs, Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR, and universities in Hong Kong. The Prize-Giving Ceremony was held on 11 January 2020 at Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel.

The officiating guests of the ceremony included Mr. Tsang Yok Sing, Jasper, GBS, JP, the 4th and the 5th President of Legislative Council of the HKSAR, Mr. Zhang Guo Liang, President of Hong Kong Federation of Journalists, Mr. Jiang Zai Zhong, Member of the National Committee of CPPCC, Chairman of Hong Kong Federation of Journalists, Mr. Lo Kai Shui Lu, Chairman of Sun Fook Kong Group, Mrs. Tse Ling Kit Ching, Cherry, JP, Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs and so on.
